What we collect, and what we don't.
Short, because there is very little of it. If anything here isn't clear, call (734) 489-9066 and ask.
The form
When you send the contact form, we receive what you typed: your name, your email address, your phone number, your store or company website, what you need, which systems you named, how soon you said, the budget range you picked, and — if you asked us to call — the best time to reach you. It goes to the person who writes or calls you back. We do not sell it, rent it, or hand it to anyone who is not working on your job.
The store check
When you type a store address into the Magento support check, our server fetches two public pages from that address to see what the store runs. The address is not written to a database or a log. When the answer is on your screen, it is gone from our side.
The other tool
The two-minute books check runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you pick is sent anywhere unless you press the button that carries your answers into the contact form.
Cookies and tracking
This site sets no cookies and runs no advertising or analytics scripts. The typefaces are hosted on this site — no font service outside Michigan IT ever sees a request when you load a page.
Hosting
The site runs on Cloudflare, which keeps standard server request records for security and abuse prevention.
Having it deleted
Write to hello@michiganit.ai or call (734) 489-9066 and say so. We will delete what we hold and confirm it.
